TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All items displayed are samples of items which are already sold; and open for customized orders. (depending on availability of stock)

2. Ready-to-buy items are stated as 'AVAILABLE'.

3. Prices shown are for the displayed items only. Exact price varies depending on the requirements stated below.

4. Detailed information regarding type of item (glass or ceramic), shape of item, design, colour, purpose, budget, quantity, and expected delivery date is required for all customized orders.

5. PAINTINKS also accept orders from those who wish to provide their own glass or ceramic wares. (labour and design charges apply)

6. Generally, items will require between 7 to 20 days (depending on size, design and quantity) to complete; as ample drying time is needed.

7. No exchange, cancellation or refund allowed.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

1. Upon confirmation of order(s), an invoice will be emailed and bank account details will be provided.

2. For order(s) of ready-to buy item: full payment must be made within 3 days of confirmation.

3. For custom-made order(s): a 50% deposit is required. Balance to be paid in CASH upon delivery.

4. Small items will be delivered via Pos Laju. (postal charges apply; depending on weight and location)

5. Due to its fragile nature, home delivery is recommended for big/bulk item(s). Also applicable for custom-made items.

6. Home delivery charges: (applicable for Klang Valley only)
